5. No Refunds & No Chargebacks

Spiritual Services & Donations

• All donations, offerings, and payments for spiritual services (including divination, Bardo ceremonies, and other ritual practices) are final and non-refundable.

• No refunds will be issued due to dissatisfaction with a spiritual service or interpretation.

 

Physical Products & Refunds

Mantra Wristbands – 14-Day Return Policy

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for mantra wristbands.

• Wristbands must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to qualify.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

 

Printify-Based Products – Limited Returns

• Products fulfilled through Printify (e.g., custom-made apparel, accessories, or prints) are made to order and may not be eligible for returns or refunds.

• If a Printify product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos at 📧 orgyen@ngakpatrading.com.

• While we will advocate for you, refunds or replacements are subject to Printify’s return policies, which may be restrictive.

 

Chargeback Policy

• If you dispute a completed service or donation, this disclaimer will serve as proof of agreement.
